Holding more than one account simultaneously is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains unauthorised access. Please contact 86000's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Identity Verification
86000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You are required to provide valid identification documents upon request. Failure to comply with an identity verification request within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or closure of your account.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Users of the 86000 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with the platform's systems or security.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or offers in a manner inconsistent with their original intent.
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with any third party.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws in Malaysia or damages the reputation of the 86000 platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
86000 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension or closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — in the event of any breach of these terms.
Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 86000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and belong to you. 86000 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Deposit Process
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been successfully verified by our system. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. 86000 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers such as banks or e-wallet operators.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the bank account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 86000 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the method selected.
Taxes and Charges
You are solely responsible for meeting any tax obligations arising from your winnings or transactions on the 86000 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax laws. The platform does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of users.
Account Policy, Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
86000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice: breach of terms and conditions, fraud or suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or upon request by relevant authorities. Any remaining balance in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with our internal procedures, and the decision of 86000 management is final.
Limitation of Liability
86000 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuity, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 86000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the property of 86000 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any such content without prior written consent from 86000.
Third-Party Links
The 86000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 86000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
